Gotta Problem while installing water bottle cate on bike without hole!

I want to keep a water bottle on bike, but there is no holes. I don’t want to make hole either.

I have a 83 Motobecane and I can’t mount a water bottle cage because there aren’t any holes in the frame to screw in the cage.
I really need water on my rides, How can I mount a cage on this frame?

You can use hose clamps to avoid holes on bikes.

I’ve seen is to use hose clamps to attach a bottle cage to the frame. Hose clamps are what (used to?) attach a car’s radiator hose to the radiator, if you’ve seen that. If you don’t want to get scratched and you have an old inner tube, you can slice that into strips to pad between the clamps. Thus the frame so the paint doesn’t get scratched.
