Insert the screw driver into the grip
First insert the flat screw driver into the grip and try to make some empty space or hole.
Spray oil in hole along the screw driver
On second, spray little oil into the empty space along the screw driver.
Insert screw driver in other sites and spray oil
Then, Insert your screw drivers in the other sites of grip too and spray oil there.
Twist Grip
Now twist grip until it gets easy to remove. Try to twist both side forward and revers.
Pull the grips to remove
