How to install water bottle cage on bike without holes

Gotta Problem while installing water bottle cate on bike without hole!

I want to keep a water bottle on bike, but there is no holes. I don’t want to make hole either.

I have a 83 Motobecane and I can’t mount a water bottle cage because there aren’t any holes in the frame to screw in the cage.
I really need water on my rides, How can I mount a cage on this frame?
